In this difficult period, the safety and well-being of our customers, our employees and the entire community are of the utmost importance. Since we are committed to ensuring safe working conditions within our distribution centre, there may be slight delays in shipping. Your understanding is appreciated. Our couriers are also use updated work procedures to ensure the safety of employees and customers. The signature requested at the time of delivery will be carried out while maintaining a safe distance, also using electronic devices.
What are the delivery options and features?
Since our creations are handcrafted and produced “ad personam” in a limited edition, delivery times are as follows:
- Italy 10/15 working days.
- -Europe 10/25 working days
- World 10/30 working days
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping in Italy and Europe is free (UK and Switzerland included). We invite customers outside the European Union to contact the e-mail address email@example.com to obtain a personalized quote.
What does “door to door” shipping mean?
This is an insured and guaranteed shipment, carried out by couriers specialized in valuables an exclusive service to offer protection and security to your piece.
How can I verify the code-seal?
When the piece is ready for delivery, the numerical code of the seal is automatically generated. NESS1 will notify the customer accordingly and at the time of delivery it is required to check the correspondence of the previously communicated code with the one received in the “envelop/container”.
How can I check the delivery status of my order?
Once the product has been completed, NESS1 will inform you and update you on the relative delivery time table.
Why is the tracking number not available?
For reasons of protection and security, the customer will not receive the tracking number but will be promptly informed and updated by NESS1 about relevant delivery times.
Can I have my order delivered to the hotel or to work?
Your order can be delivered to your workplace and vacation home, but not to hotels, hospitals, military zones, restricted areas, collection points or PO boxes.
Please note that, in any case, a signature will be required or, confirmation by electronic device, at the time of delivery.

How can I return or exchange a piece ordered on www.ness-one.com?
Pieces purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 15 working days of the delivery date.
When will I receive the refund?
As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. You should receive your refund within 7 business days. Ness1 will keep you updated through the process.
